Location: work from home in Portugal
Role: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor
Salary: 1,380 euro gross per month (this does include the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus 120 euro gross p/m performance bonus potential
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00.

What you’ll be doing
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email
- Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
- Provide guidance on digital products and services
- Support external sellers with their queries
- Escalate and reroute complex issues to the right departments
- Ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and friendly shopping experience
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous customer service experience desired
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Stable and good internet if working from home
