We are looking for an Junior Learning Support Officer
Main Mission
The Junior Learning Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support for the effective delivery of
training and learning programs, working closely with training managers to ensure client satisfaction and the
achievement of defined KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in coordinating administrative tasks related to training programs, with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications.
- Supporting the training managers in monitoring and reporting on the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training activities.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs, with a strong emphasis on meeting client expectations.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases related to training activities and participant progress and utilizing data for continuous improvement and reporting.
Profile & Skills
- Fluent in French (C1 level mandatory) and good command of English (minimum B1 level).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical Skills
Hybrid work model, with presence required in Porto office.

- This role offers a gross annual salary between 16.800€ to 22.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
