French-speaking Travel Advisor Wanted – Lisbon, Portugal
We are currently looking for French-speaking Travel Advisors to join an international team in Lisbon starting in June!

- Location: Lisbon, Portugal (on-site role – local candidates only!)
- What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments
- Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally
- Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights
- Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use
- Requirements:
- Native/C2 level French
- C1 English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon city center
- Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and reporting/data visualization skills
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- 1100€ gross base salary (x14 salaries/year)
- 150€ fixed language bonus
- 7€/day meal allowance
