What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Manager within BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition team, you will lead end-to-end recruiting for a defined set of global business and functional teams. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating workforce needs into focused recruiting strategies while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
This role will also serve as a Talent Acquisition lead for BCG’s Lisbon hub. You will bring market insight, operational discipline, and recruiting advisory to global Talent Acquisition colleagues, local leadership, hiring teams, and cross-functional People team partners.
In this role, you will balance hands-on recruiting delivery with talent strategy, local team leadership, recruiting excellence, and global collaboration. You will use data, systems, and practical insight to improve hiring outcomes and help BCG attract the talent needed to support our business priorities.
In this role you will:

Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned global functions, from intake through offer and close

Partner with senior functional leaders to understand hiring priorities and workforce plans

Serve as a key Talent Acquisition contact for the Lisbon hub and local leadership

Advise hiring teams on market dynamics, candidate availability, and hiring trade-offs

Maintain regular touchpoints with senior leaders across supported functions

Review aging requisitions with Talent Acquisition colleagues and drive action plans

Mentor, support, and lead recruiters within your business area and location

Contribute to continuous improvement of global Talent Acquisition processes and ways of working

Analyze recruiting data and share insights that inform operational decisions

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Acquisition Branding, and Talent Acquisition Sourcing to shape and execute recruiting strategies
What You'll Bring

6-8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience

Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting recruiters or junior team members

Full-cycle recruiting experience in a global or matrixed environment

Experience improving recruiting processes and team ways of working

Ability to drive change across recruiting with practical execution focus

Strong credibility with senior leaders and ability to influence hiring strategy

Sound discernment in assessing talent and advising on hiring decisions

Comfort using recruiting data, systems, and digital tools

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with leaders in the functions you support & collaborate daily with colleagues across Global Talent Acquisition, including Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Acquisition Branding, and Talent Acquisition Sourcing.
You will also partner with HR Strategy and HR Delivery colleagues, including Talent Partners, HR Business Partners, Immigration, Global Compensation, Mobility, and HR Operations. This role sits within a highly collaborative global environment, with strong connection to both the Lisbon hub and BCG’s broader global People team.
