We are currentlylooking for a Financial Technician tojoin our Property Management department. This role will support the financialand administrative management of one or more real estate assets, ensuringcompliance with internal policies and client requirements while contributing tothe efficient performance of the properties under management.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The main focus ofthis position will be the administrative and financial management of one ormore real estate assets, ensuring the accurate execution of financialprocesses, contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
Your keyresponsibilities: Provide administrative support related to the daily financial management of assigned assets. Manage lease administration processes, including contracts, rent reviews, indexed rent adjustments and guarantees. Coordinate tenant billing activities, including invoice issuance, rent collection and receipt management. Monitor debt and arrears, supporting collection processes and ensuring timely follow-up of outstanding amounts. Manage supplier-related processes, including invoice registration, validation and payment control. Prepare and process payment files and remittances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Perform bank reconciliations and support the monitoring of cash movements. Maintain financial records and operational systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Support the preparation of financial information and reports required by clients and internal stakeholders. Contribute to the efficient financial performance of managed assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Degree and/or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or Accounting. 2+ years of professional experience in similar financial or administrative roles. Solid accounting and financial knowledge. Strong communication skills. Results-oriented mindset. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proactive and solution-oriented approach. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Comfortable working in an international environment. Strong client service orientation. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of Spanish. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Experience with YARDI property management software will be considered a strong advantage.
