Job Description
As an Independent working cook I, you will be a key link in our kitchen. You will work independently and contribute to the quality and consistency of our dishes.
Your duties include:
- preparing ingredients ourselves;
- applying basic cooking techniques;
- providing input on the composition and modification of menus, menu items, and methods;
- being responsible for inventory and order management;
- providing professional guidance to assistants.
Job Requirements
- MBO 3 work and thinking level;
- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
