Position: German Sales Program Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maximize revenue for our partner by providing support for large scale sales programs involving various direct partners & agencies
- Encourage our various partners and agencies to adopt our products and educate them accordingly
- Guarantee that our partners receive high levels of sales & customer support at all times
- Collaborate closely with teams across organisation to deliver operational & strategic services and programs as well as to provide structuring support
- Create and execute best practices for service delivery, sales and client exchange.
REQUIREMENTS:

Native/Fluent in English and German, both oral and written
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in the fields of business, communications, marketing, or any other relevant area is ideal
- Previous experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience is sought
- Expertise of social networks, mobile apps & mobile marketing which comprise self-service digital advertising
- Strong awareness of different strategies available on auction & biddable as well as existing creative best practices
- Previous experience in sales or account management
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets as well as a previous experience of managing KPIs based on revenue & growth rates
- Ability to be flexible with changing targets on a month-to-month basis
- A genuine passion for social networks and entertainment marketing,
- Enthusiastic about building something new from scratch and see it grow into completion
- Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong creative, strategic & outside-the-box mind
- Outstanding communication and presentation delivery skills
- Ability to work as well as part of a team as on your own
