We are looking for a Business Analyst
CONTEXT
This role sits in a dynamic banking environment and will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are properly translated into functional requirements and aligned with ongoing developments. The professional will also support production monitoring activities, data flow supervision, and contribute to regulatory and functional evolution within the team.
MAIN MISSION
To support the business by ensuring strong coordination between stakeholders and IT teams, monitoring production activities, supervising data flows, and contributing to the definition, analysis, and implementation of business and functional requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Support functional and regulatory developments, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Monitor production activity and identify anomalies, proposing or following up on corrective actions
- Supervise the integration of daily data flows and monthly information processing
- Conduct business investigations and support issue analysis
- Define business rules and ensure proper functional documentation
- Participate in testing activities and validate delivered solutions
- Contribute to reporting and performance analysis using BI tools
PROFILE & SKILLS
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and understand business needs
- Experience in testing, business analysis, and documentation
- Ability to work closely with both business and IT teams in an international environment
- Fluency in English
- French is a plus
