As a Senior Customer Project Manager, you will ensure the full coordination of each AOG/MRT project, acting as the customer’s focal point and guaranteeing that all technical, logistical, documentation and commercial aspects are fulfilled in an integrated manner, in accordance with the MOE and EASA Part-145. Your mission is to ensure fluidity, compliance and quality throughout the entire work cycle, from the initial request to the closure of the work package.
Main responsibilities
- Independently coordinate AOG/MRT projects, ensuring quick response and proper prioritization.
- Act as the customer’s point of contact: gather data, communicate availability, initial costs and work progress.
- Liaise with stations, teams and suppliers to ensure proper mobilization and required logistics.
- Ensure the preparation, execution and closure of the work package, including verification of maintenance data and certification documentation.
- Confirm that all commercial requirements (PO/APO/payments) are fulfilled before release.
- Record occurrences and collect evidence when applicable, supporting the investigation process.
- Support less experienced colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
What you need to have:
- Education in aeronautical maintenance or engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electromechanical) – Preferred
- Solid experience in MRO/AOG coordination and customer project management
- Proven knowledge of the EASA Part-145 environment
- Proficiency with maintenance systems (e.g., Quantum) and work package control
- Fluent in English (French or Italian are a plus)
- Ability to make autonomous decisions
- Clear and effective communication with internal teams and customers
- Strong customer orientation
- Stability and professionalism under high‑pressure situations
- Availability to work on-site in Cascais (Tires) in shift rotation (between 06:00 and 23:00)
- Availability for occasional travel
