We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to join our team at Andaz Lisbon. Reporting to the Director of Sales (with a dotted line to the Director of Commercial Services), the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening the hotel’s market position and developing long‑term client relationships across key segments.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Andaz Lisbon. Reporting to the Director of Sales (who reports to the Director Commercial Services), the Sales Manager will lead efforts to establish a strong Hotel’s brand and market presence, build key client relationships, and drive early revenue across all segments. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new hotel’s journey and play a pivotal role in its growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to collaborate effectively with hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Support the Director of Sales in implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners, ensuring repeat business and long‑term collaboration.
- Revenue Generation: Work closely with the Director of Commercial Services, Director of Sales, and Revenue team to optimize pricing strategies and drive business across all segments.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness: Collaborate with Marketing to support campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that enhance visibility and attract new business.
- Groups & Events: Actively promote the hotel’s meeting and event spaces, focusing on securing group business and corporate events while ensuring smooth coordination with operations. Support the Groups Sales Executive in quoting and converting leads.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with cross‑functional teams (marketing, reservation, revenue and operations) to ensure a seamless guest and client experience.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights on market trends and business opportunities.
