To join the Zippy team in our Maia structure, we are looking for:
SOURCING ASSISTANT
Responsabilities:
Provide administrative support to the Product team;
Manage and update product information in PLM and SAP;
Register, organize and track product samples throughout the development process;
Prepare and submit purchase orders, ensuring the accuracy of quantities and delivery dates;
Monitor supplier orders, ensuring on-time delivery (time-to-market);
Collaborate closely with Product, Merchandising, Design and other cross-functional teams to support the product development process;
Maintain accurate product documentation and databases.
Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel;
1+ years of previous experience (fashion industry is a plus);
Ability to organize and plan work;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Results-oriented;
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
