We’re looking for a friendly, organised and versatile receptionist to join our team at Destination Hostels in Lisbon. You'll be the face of the hostel — welcoming guests, supporting them throughout their stay and helping create unforgettable experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling check-ins and check-outs
- Promoting and selling tours & events
- Communicating with guests in person, by phone, email and messages
- Keeping the hostel tidy and welcoming
- Helping at the bar with snacks and simple drinks
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in hospitality or reception
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- A work permit for Portugal
- Great communication skills and a proactive attitude
- A sociable, organised and adaptable personality
