ROLE:
The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play a key role in driving the initiation, planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. The position involves working closely with multiple internal departments and, when required, external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Analyze and resolve critical business challenges across different departments;
Coordinate the planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic projects;
Partner with department heads and C-level leadership to ensure organizational initiatives remain aligned with strategic priorities;
Generate data-driven insights to inform strategy development and decision-making;
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation;
Support the company’s overall strategic planning and long-term direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related area; MBA is highly valued;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, consultancy, project management, or business strategy;
Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking, with strong problem-solving capabilities;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling several projects at the same time;
Leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions.
