ROLE:
* Creative Vision & Brand Identity: Define and shape the brand’s creative direction across all channels and markets, ensuring a cohesive, innovative, and impactful identity.
* Content Ideation & Writing: **Actively** generate and write creative concepts for campaigns, social media, and brand activations - translating strategy into **tangible** content ideas.
* Hands-on Production Involvement: Play a direct role in photo and video shoots, from briefing and scripting to **on-site** creative guidance, ensuring content is aligned with the brand’s vision.
* Campaign Leadership: Lead the ideation and execution of major creative campaigns (product launches, seasonal activations, partnerships), from concept through **final delivery**.
* Cross-Channel Storytelling: **Ensure** compelling and consistent storytelling across digital, social, retail and customer experience touchpoints.
* Creative Team Leadership: Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with designers, content creators, and brand specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and **high performance**.
* Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of cultural, creative and digital trends, continuously proposing new formats and approaches to keep the brand relevant and **engaging for audiences**.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing, or **a related discipline** (preferred)
* Proven experience as a creative **manager**
* Strong portfolio showing both strategic creative direction and **practical** content work
* Excellent writing and concept **creation** skills
* Experience in creative production (photo/video shoots, scripting, storyboarding)
* Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on **implementation**
* Strong leadership, communication, and project management **capabilities**
* Fluent in Portuguese and **proficient** in English (required)
