Business & Brand Associate (Estágios +Talento - IEFP)

We are looking for someone to work directly with the Managing Director and be closely involved in the day to day of the company, with space to learn, contribute and grow with us.
We are a brand focused on design, detail and execution. We are looking for someone who values that, with a good eye, strong judgement and a willingness to do things properly.
More than your degree or academic background, we value attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn. We believe the right skills can be built, as long as there is commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
This role crosses multiple areas: marketing and brand management, content creation, internal organisation, operations and management support. It is not a fixed role, it is for someone who wants to understand how everything works and be part of it.
What you will do:
Work directly with the Managing Director;
Support branding, communication and content projects;
Follow up on operational tasks and internal organisation;
Support management topics (financial, administrative, HR).
We are looking for someone who:
Is eligible for Estágios +Talento;
Has strong English skills;
Has a very strong aesthetic sensibility;
Is organised, reliable and responsible;
Can work independently;
Has a real willingness to learn and grow.
