Role:
You will serve as a technical lead and team leader, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects, promoting best practices, and actively contributing to technological and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Engineering

Serve as a technical reference for development teams (design, coding, DevOps)

Promote best practices: clean code, architecture, testing

Standardize development practices (automation, frameworks, reuse)
Team Leadership:

Develop and coach engineers
-
Build a collaborative, results-oriented team culture

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent
Delivery & Performance:
Ensure projects are delivered on time (
- 90%)

Ensure the quality of deliverables and the stability of solutions

Serve as the point of escalation for complex technical challenges
Transformation & Innovation:

Drive the adoption of GenAI (e.g., Copilot) and automation

Continuously improve processes, tooling, and architecture

Evolve DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices

Promote a culture of innovation
Stakeholder Management:

Identify and mitigate technical risks

Collaborate with business and IT teams

Ensure clear visibility into performance and deliverables
