ABOUT THE ROLE
Join PARFOIS' Architecture, Construction & Maintenance Department and play a key role in the global expansion of one of the fastest-growing fashion retailers.
As a International Retail Construction Project Manager, you will lead store opening and refurbishment projects across international markets, ensuring high-quality execution, compliance, budget control, and seamless coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the delivery of new store openings and refurbishment projects across international markets.

Coordinate all project phases, from planning and technical development to execution and handover.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with PARFOIS standards.

Manage all administrative and legal requirements associated with store openings.

Collaborate with internal departments, landlords, suppliers, contractors, and local partners.

Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and technical compliance.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify risks and implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in construction, fit-out, or store development project management, preferably within retail.

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Good command of Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Availability for frequent international travel.
