Your environment
Quion is evolving rapidly, and “the right people in the right place” is a key priority. As a Recruiter you play a crucial role by proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent.
Based in our Porto office, you will work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator in the Netherlands, forming a strong Talent Attraction team across both locations. Together, you are the go-to experts for all hiring-related topics and play an important role in supporting Quion's growth. You are part of the HR team.
What will you do?
Quion is growing and transforming, which means we are continuously looking for new talent to support our future ambitions. As a Recruiter, you partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate them into effective job descriptions. From the moment a hiring need arises, you advise on the best approach and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
You source candidates, conduct intake interviews, and present candidates to Hiring Managers. Together with the Hiring Manager, you ensure a smooth and seamless candidate journey.
You manage the sourcing and early recruitment process with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
In short, as a Recruiter you:
- Design and execute innovative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract scarce talent;
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs;
- Identify and engage candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, social media campaigns);
- Map talent markets and provide insights to hiring managers on availability and competition;
- Create compelling outreach messaging to engage passive candidates;
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and motivate them to enter the process;
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the selection process;
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact onwards;
- Continuously optimise sourcing channels, tools, and employer branding visibility.
What do you need for this role?

As a Recruiter, you are a strong communicator who can easily engage with different levels across the organization. You perform best in a dynamic environment and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once. You are persistent and come up with creative solutions. In addition, you have experience recruiting scarce profiles within IT and/or Business Intelligence.
Furthermore:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably both agency-side and in-house;
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level;
- You are familiar with talent sourcing techniques;
- You have knowledge of SEO.

Labor conditions

A gross monthly salary between €1,300 and €1,800, based on a 40-hour working week.
