Dev2Grow is looking for an experienced QA Specialist to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions across web and mobile platforms. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about testing, with experience in designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and contributing to continuous quality improvement across projects.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and regression suites.
Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality at every stage of development.
Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform functional, UI, regression, and performance testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QA Specialist in an agile software development environment.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, QA lifecycle, and best practices.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr), bug tracking (e.g., Jira), and automation frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with API testing, mobile testing, and cross-browser compatibility.
Advanced knowledge of CSS will be highly valued, especially in UI/UX validation and pixel-perfect testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Fluency in English.
