Join an international team responsible for delivering enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) solutions that support business growth, digital transformation, and data excellence.
As a Business Analyst – Stibo STEP, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT professionals to design, configure, and optimize Stibo STEP solutions. You will play a key role in improving product data quality, supporting system integrations, defining governance standards, and ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable technical solutions.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Configure Stibo STEP workflows, data models, and business rules.
- Support attribute management and data governance implementation.
- Define and maintain product data quality standards and compliance policies.
- Monitor, validate, and improve data integrity within the PIM platform.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Stibo STEP with ERP, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems.
- Support API and ETL-based data integration initiatives.
- Prepare test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop user documentation and deliver training sessions to business users.
- Identify opportunities to improve PIM processes, workflows, and platform performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across product information management.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Stibo STEP.
- Strong knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Stibo STEP, including:
- Data Modeling
- Workflow Configuration
- Business Rules
- Experience implementing Data Governance practices.
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
- Experience supporting multi-channel publishing.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Knowledge of PIM integration concepts, including APIs and ETL processes.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- Familiarity with XML and JSON.
- Experience working with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend, SAP CPI, or similar.
- Fluent English.

Stibo STEP Certification.
- Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent).
- Experience within Automotive, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
