Aster Healthcare provides premium, private domiciliary and complex home care services across the Algarve. We are launching an intensive 60-day market development campaign targeting international communities, and we need a results-driven Commercial Hunter (M/F/D) to build our client pipeline immediately.
This role is structured specifically for a self-motivated professional or closer who wants a stable legal base combined with an aggressive, fast-paying commission structure.
Your Mission:
B2B Referral Pipelines: Proactively open doors with private medical clinics, English-speaking GPs, international legal firms, and wealth managers to secure active referral partnerships.
Field Networking: Infiltrate established regional expat hubs, international clubs, and local community associations to put Aster Healthcare directly in front of family decision-makers.
Digital Lead Conversion: Monitor and convert inquiries across regional digital expat forums, transforming initial care advice-seekers into official assessments.
Who You Are:
A natural closer with a proven background in direct sales, premium real estate, healthcare services, or high-value client acquisition.
Deeply familiar with the regional dynamics and community hubs across the Algarve.
A native or completely fluent English speaker. Conversational Portuguese, German, or Dutch is a significant commercial advantage.
Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for local travel.
What We Offer:
· Fixed Legal Base: €460.00 gross/month.
· Daily Meal Card Benefit: Paid at €6.80/day (tax-free).
