We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our HR team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave period. This role will support daily HR operations, employee administration, and internal HR activities, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Main Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR administrative activities

Manage employee documentation and maintain HR records updated

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

Prepare contracts, declarations, and other HR-related documents

Support attendance, vacation, and absence management

Coordinate medical appointments and mandatory employee documentation

Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies

Collaborate with external partners when necessary
