About the role

We are building our Design team and would love you to join us.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, transform requirements into effective design solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.

From research to implementation, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding user experiences while working in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing

You rock at:

UX and UI Design;
User Research and Requirements Gathering;
Creating intuitive and user-centered experiences;
Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite;
Innovative and creative thinking.

You are good at:

HTML5 and CSS3;
Communicating and presenting design solutions;
Optimizing and improving existing user interfaces;
Attention to detail and critical thinking;
Organization, autonomy, and teamwork.

You have:

Academic degree in Communication, Multimedia, Design, or a similar field;
Experience in UX/UI Design projects;
Knowledge of Adobe Portfolio (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, etc.);
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Fluency in English.

Your functions:

Collect, research, investigate, and evaluate user requirements;
Design outstanding user experiences and intuitive application interfaces;
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
Optimize and enhance existing user interface designs;
Conduct usability testing and evaluate user experience;
Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand business and user objectives;
Present and justify design decisions and recommendations;
Produce and maintain design documentation and guidelines;
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the product roadmap and user experience strategy.
