Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements across Digital Transformation, Technology, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, Customer Experience, Enterprise Applications, and Business Transformation initiatives.

Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, resource planning, and successful delivery against agreed business objectives.

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance frameworks, resource plans, RAID logs, and communication plans.

Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and changes, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.

Ensure project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies are consistently applied throughout the project lifecycle.

Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as the primary delivery contact throughout the engagement.

Lead steering committees, governance meetings, project workshops, planning sessions, and executive status reviews.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Technology consultants, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned delivery.

Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and business impacts effectively.

Support business adoption and change management activities to maximize realization of project outcomes.

Lead multidisciplinary, multicultural delivery teams across multiple business and technology disciplines.

Drive Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches appropriate to client needs, ensuring effective planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Coach and mentor Project Management Associates while promoting delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Contribute to delivery standards, governance frameworks, project management methodologies, and capability development initiatives.

Support business development activities through project planning, proposal preparation, client presentations, and solution planning.

Travel as required to support client engagements.

5–7 years of experience delivering Digital Transformation, Technology, Business, Enterprise Application, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, or Customer Experience initiatives, including experience leading end-to-end client projects.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary delivery teams within consulting or client-facing environments.
- Experience successfully delivering projects across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Strong understanding of Project Management principles including project planning, governance, budgeting, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency management, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.

Experience establishing project governance structures and managing project lifecycle activities from initiation through closure.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, quality, timelines, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience using project management methodologies and governance frameworks to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Good understanding of Digital Transformation, Technology, Digital Commerce, Data & AI, Customer Experience, Enterprise Applications, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex delivery challenges and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of organizational change, business readiness, and value realization principles.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering business and technology solutions.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to influence business and technology stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
- Experience leading workshops, governance forums, executive presentations, and steering committee meetings.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior project managers while fostering high-performing delivery teams.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities within fast-paced consulting environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related discipline. Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel based on client and project requirements. Good to have:
- Experience delivering Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Digital Commerce, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, or Enterprise Platform programmes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- Experience using enterprise delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Planner, or similar collaboration platforms.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), SAFe, or Change Management certifications.
- Awareness of PMO governance, portfolio management, financial management, and resource capacity planning.
- Knowledge of Dutch or additional European languages is advantageous depending on client engagements.
