You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside program and project managers in delivering a host of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base. You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with customers.
As an Associate Project Manager in the Borders Strategy, M&A and Transformation team, you will play a key role in shaping business decisions and making a tangible impact in one of SITA's fastest-growing business units. You will own workstreams within larger projects, build fact bases, drive analyses, and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders. You will work across strategy topics (portfolio, innovation, BU strategy refresh, execution) and M&A (target identification, strategic rationale, due diligence support), with occasional work on transformation initiatives (culture, operating model, process improvement). This role offers a fast-growth path with strong exposure to senior leadership and to the full strategy lifecycle.
Own strategy workstreams

Lead workstreams within portfolio and innovation strategies, BU strategy refresh, and strategy execution.

Build robust fact bases, structure analyses, and articulate clear insights and recommendations.

Prepare high-quality materials for senior leadership and executive discussions.
Drive M&A activities

Screen and assess potential targets against strategic and financial criteria.

Build the strategic rationale, market sizing, and value creation view for shortlisted targets.

Support due diligence workstreams, coordinating with internal and external experts.
Contribute to transformation initiatives

Support projects on culture, operating model, and process improvement.

Help design and roll out new ways of working across the BU.
Engage stakeholders and enable execution

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business units and functions.

Ensure alignment, quality, and momentum across workstreams.

Turn recommendations into concrete actions, owners, and outcomes.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Sciences, or a relevant field.

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, corporate strategy, M&A, or a product or strategy role at a large technology company.

Solid project management skills; able to plan and run multi-stakeholder workstreams with minimal supervision.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to pivot when priorities shift.

Experience structuring strategic initiatives and building business proposals.

Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.

Technology and/or aviation industry experience preferred.
