About the role
We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join our Financial Services team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You will be integrated into our Banking Core Business Unit, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical systems within the financial services domain. As you grow within the role, you will have opportunities to take on greater technical responsibility, mentor colleagues, contribute to technical decision-making and delivery leadership, and collaborate directly with clients to understand business needs, shape solutions, and build trusted relationships.
As a part of your job, you will:
Design and develop small to medium-scale projects for new features, including evaluation, functional and technical analysis, implementation, and testing.
Maintain and improve existing systems, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Perform data analysis to support business and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
What are we looking for?
Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL development.
Solid experience working with relational databases, particularly Oracle.
Good functional analysis and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Nice to have:
Previous experience coordinating technical activities, mentoring colleagues, or contributing to team leadership initiatives.
Experience working in the Social Security, public administration, or highly regulated sectors.
Interest in developing technical leadership skills and contributing to architecture, solution design, or delivery planning.
