We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with a proven track record in leading IT delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the successful execution of complex technology projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or related fields

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Project Manager or similar leadership role

Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of IT projects in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
-
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
-
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams across multiple projects
-
Ability to manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets

Experience preparing executive reporting and communicating project status to stakeholders at different organizational levels

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
Experience working in consulting environments and managing multi-client projects is highly valued

Ability to bridge business and technical teams, facilitating decision-making and removing delivery obstacles

Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or SAFe are a plus

Fluency in English
