Your mission:
Handle inbound customer contacts with the objective of identifying needs, recommending the most suitable
solutions, and maximising conversion, average order value and accessory or service attach while delivering
a premium customer experience.
Have customer satisfaction as the main objective;
Inform customers about the company's products and services, as well as their advantages;
- Be fluent in Italian (native level, or near-native C2);
- Good command of English (mininum B2 level)
- Previous experience in sales, ideally in a contact center environment.
- Experience in consumer electronics, technology retail is highly valued.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs, recommend complete solutions, handle objections and close
sales confidently.
- Strong orientation towards KPIs such as client satisfaction, close rate, attach rate and quality.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening and structured call control.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems, document accurately and work effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
What can we offer:
- Base salary: 1024€ p/month
- Meal allowance: 7,63€ p/day
- Skill adder: up to 225€ p/month
- Health insurance
- Schedules: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 to 19:15
- Days off: Sunday + 1 day rotative
- Remote (Portugal)
