We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.
We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant (M/F) to join our team of marble enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone;
. Provide initial information about products and services to customers;
. Register new contacts to Pipedrive, maintaining accurate records of customers interactions (e.g.: request of samples);
. Request samples for customers if needed;
. Request proposals, on Pipefy, to the projects team;
. Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve services and products.
Qualifications:
. University degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil Engineering or a related field is a plus;
. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role;
. Proficiency with CRM software and online communication tools.
Skills:
. Fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish (mandatory), French (pref.);
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
. Technical thinking;
. Strong customer service orientation;
. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
. Good organizational and time management skills;
. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and customer information.
