To strengthen our team in Lisbon, we are looking for a dedicated professional who will play a key role in client engagement, network expansion, and supporting our growth in the region.
Responsibilities:

Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities;

Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts;

Conduct market research and competitor analysis;

Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships);

Support marketing initiatives;

Assist in organising and attending industry events;

Provide local market intelligence to the firm;

Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.
Requirements

3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;

Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
