We’re looking for an Intern based in Lisbon who’s curious, motivated, and excited to dive into the world of events. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, supporting real projects from day one and gaining hands-on experience behind the scenes (and onsite ).
What You’ll Do
Research cool venues, concepts, and ideas to support event design
Help build proposals and presentations for clients
Communicate with suppliers and partners
Support the team in preparing briefings and project materials
Join internal meetings and contribute ideas
Keep our database up to date
Be part of the action with onsite event support
Assist with budgets and admin tasks
What We’re Looking For
Your skills
Fluent in English and Portuguese (written & spoken)
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking with different stakeholders
Good knowledge of Lisbon (or eager to learn fast!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Your mindset
Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
Flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Organised with a strong eye for detail
Calm under pressure (events can get busy!)
A team player with a positive attitude
