Cheeky Pup is looking for a confident, energetic and professional Hostess to join our front-of-house team in Quinta do Lago.
We are a busy and vibrant gastropub with a strong international clientele, focused on delivering great food, excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere every day.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Coordinate table flow with the restaurant management team
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with enquiries
- Maintain a positive first impression of the restaurant
- Support the front-of-house team during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Fluent English required (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, polished and professional appearance
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
