We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Developer to design, build, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across our international client's HR ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of HR processes and hands-on expertise with Oracle HCM modules, ensuring the platform meets business needs and runs smoothly.

Profil

Must have :

1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development
Good understanding of HR processes and data models
Ability to analyze and solve technical issues independently
Agile methodology
French C1 / English B2

Nice to have:

SQL (good understanding of queries and data structures)
