RMC Surfaces S.A., based in Oliveira do Bairro, is hiring a Product Manager (M/F) to join our team.
At RMC Surfaces, we are proud producers of RMC – premium compact marble, manufactured in Portugal since 1980 and exported to more than 30 countries worldwide.
Main responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, claims and feedback in a professional and timely manner;
- Develop and maintain a product knowledge base, including installation guidelines, technical documentation and FAQs;
- Collaborate with the R&D and Quality teams to identify, track and resolve product-related issues;
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to ensure consistent product messaging and accurate technical information;
- Deliver product, installation and best practices training to internal sales teams and external partners;
- Analyze customer feedback, identify trends and propose improvements to products and support processes;
- Support product lifecycle management and assist in new product launches by gathering market insights and preparing technical documentation;
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Desired profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Science or a related field (preferred);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
- Previous experience in Product Management, Customer Care or R&D (preferred);
- Experience creating technical documentation and product-related content (preferred);
- Knowledge of surface materials or stone products (preferred);
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
