Academic qualifications equivalent to the 12th grade;

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in onsite technical support;

Experience in creating user accounts in Active Directory and preparing equipment for new employees;

Experience in troubleshooting and Windows network management;

Experience in managing backups, IT equipment, and printers;

Good knowledge of English;

Analytical skills and attention to detail;

Good communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity;
