This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- +3 years of experience as Service Desk Operator or IT Support Specialist;
- Experience with MS Office Suite and with Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10);
- Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.;
- Understanding of networking and networking protocols;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French (mandatory both);
Note: Hybrid schedule, 3 times a week in Lisbon.
