The expansion to the Porto region requires the creation of specialised local teams, which is why we are currently recruiting a Kitchen Assistant (m/f).
Role:
Ensure, under the guidance of the shop manager, the production and preparation of small meals according to the available range.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of light meals (salads, sandwiches, snacks, etc.);
- Cleaning the preparation area;
- Ensure and verify compliance with cleanliness and food hygiene standards;
- Support the other areas of the store, whenever necessary;
- Anticipating and resolving any possible conflicts within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience in the role;
- Like working in the kitchen area;
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Safety;
- Like the role’s versatility (support at the counter, in the pantry, kitchen, etc.)
- Customer focus;
- Flexibility;
- Organised and process driven;
- Friendly and good natured;
- Availability to work in a system of rotating days off.
