Nina Brunch Cafe is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Parque das Nações. We are specifically searching for professionals with hands-on experience in specialty coffee, milk texturing, and latte art.
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Fluent English and Portuguese are mandatory.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
- Execute milk texturing and latte art to a professional standard.
- Dial in espresso, adjust grind settings, and maintain coffee consistency during service.
- Prepare and serve pastries, drinks, smoothies, and cocktails.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and restaurant.
- Support the team during service whenever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven previous experience as a Barista.
- Strong latte art and milk steaming skills.
- Experience in specialty coffee is highly valued.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and genuine passion for hospitality and coffee.
