Your Role
As a Case coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and finalizing health insurance requests, prior approvals, and guarantees of payment for expatriates located worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive insured members requests and open the corresponding case file.
- Collect, verify, and record all required documentation.
- Review insurance coverage and analyze the member's history.
- Make medical and/or administrative decisions and issue guarantees of payment.
- Monitor the case and support the insured member throughout the entire process.
- Manage urgent or priority situations promptly and efficiently.
- Recommend appropriate solutions according to the member’s request and geographical location

Profile
- Fluency in English & Portuguese (French and/or Spanish is a plus).
- Good knowledge of the insurance and/or assistance industry.
- Strong attention to detail, autonomy, analytical skills, and a customer-service mindset.
- Excellent teamwork skills, empathy, and strong general knowledge, enabling reliable and high-quality case management
