What You’ll Experience:
Throughout your internship in our Portugal Buying Office, you will be exposed to professional development, networking and have the opportunity to:

Learn how a TJX Buying Office operates and how Merchandise Assistants provide diversified support for multiple buyers in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.

Actively collaborating with Merchandise Assistants to enter and follow up purchase orders for buyers across multiple departments

Support the team in communicating with vendors regarding purchase orders modifications/changes
-
Learn how to create and run reports for buyers as needed (On Order, Sales, etc.)

Assists in preparing for Style Out and Strategy meetings by gathering samples, preparing selling recaps, etc.

Gain exposure to special projects carried over by the team (i.e. recap projects, trend recaps, trend boards, etc.)

Build strong connections with colleagues across different areas of business including our global offices
Who We Are Looking For: You!

Advanced Portuguese and English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
