The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will take ownership of the initiation, planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives essential to the organisation. This role involves close coordination with multiple internal departments, as well as collaboration with external consultants and partners when required.
ROLE:
Identify, assess, and resolve complex cross-departmental challenges impacting the business;
Lead the end-to-end management of strategic projects, from planning through to final delivery;
Work in close alignment with department heads and executive leadership to ensure strategic coherence;
Develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and planning;
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively;
Contribute actively to the organisation’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA highly valued);
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, consulting, project management, or business strategy;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with proven problem-solving capabilities;
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent projects;
Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and across functions.
