Lead analysis for complex, cross-functional eMobility / Charge Point Management System (CPMS) initiatives and translate business needs into clear, outcome-driven requirements.
Challenge problem statements, assumptions, requirements, and proposed solutions; ensure they are evidence-based, feasible, and aligned with business goals and customer outcomes.
Evaluate the existing CPMS solution landscape, including processes, business rules, data flows, interfaces, integrations, and operational constraints; identify gaps, conflicts, and reuse opportunities.
Own requirements integrity end-to-end, including consistency, completeness, traceability, acceptance criteria, validation, and rollout readiness.
Facilitate discovery, refinement, and decision-making with Product Owners, agile SW Project Managers, Architects, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Anticipate dependencies, impacts, and change risks across teams, domains, integrations, and releases; keep decisions, trade-offs, and risks transparent.
Act as a trusted sparring partner for Product Owners, Architects, the Chief Product Owner, stakeholders, and software engineering teams.
Contribute to requirements engineering standards, share knowledge, and support iterative ways of working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum/SAFe).
Several years of hands-on experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Analyst, or comparable role in complex digital product or platform environments.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder workshops, process and journey mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability, validation, and rollout preparation.
Ability to work confidently with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders, translating between business needs and technical delivery constraints.
Experience with solution-landscape analysis, data flows, interfaces, integrations, dependencies, and cross-team impacts;
Confident use of common collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro/Mural, or similar.
