About the Role
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand in the Duty-Free area, engaging with international travelers and delivering memorable product experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers and showcase our products
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising materials
- Monitor and organize stock levels
- Track and report sales performance
What We’re Looking For
We are searching for someone who is:
- Outgoing, confident, and enjoys interacting with people

Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and good conversational English
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (minimum 1 year)
- Comfortable using digital tools and reporting systems
- Eligible to work as self-employed/freelancer
Experience in airports, tourism, or luxury retail is considered an advantage.
Practical Details
- Location: Lisbon Airport
- Schedule: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
- Employment type: Full-time (freelance/contract)
