We're hiring!
We are recruiting Customer Service Advisors for one of the main players in the sports and retail/distribution sector, with the mission of delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Your responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing customer calls
- Process customer requests in the backoffice
- Advise, support and reassure customers
- Handle objections and complaints
- Use various IT tools
- Commercial approach depending on projects
Required profile
- C1/C2 level French required (spoken & written)
- English or other languages (Spanish/Italian/Portuguese/German) would be an advantage.
- Good command of IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive
- Experience in customer relations appreciated
- Callcenter experience recommended
- Available for flexible hours (40 hours/week, Monday–Saturday between 7am / 7pm)
