What You'll Be Doing
As a Settlements & Reconciliation Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of transaction processing activities while supporting key operational functions across the business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure transactions are accurately processed and completed within established deadlines.
- Investigating and resolving exceptions, discrepancies, and unmatched transactions.
- Performing both automated and manual reconciliation activities across multiple systems and data sources.
- Monitoring data quality and ensuring the integrity of operational and financial information.
- Producing operational reports and providing insights to support decision-making and issue resolution.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Sales, Client Services, and other business functions.
- Supporting the resolution of operational incidents and ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
- Maintaining compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to audit activities by ensuring proper documentation and process transparency.
