What you will be doing:
- Answer customer questions via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to solve problems.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM.
- Work with the team to improve the customer experience.
- Stay informed about the client's latest offers and policies.
- Show warmth and enthusiasm in every conversation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language ( at least B1)
- You live anywhere in Portugal
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
- Full time contract
- Base salary (gross): 1500 €/month x 14
- Performance bonus (gross): 80€/month x 12
- Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day (paid in meal card)
