Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (6 months) – potential for extension or permanent placement

Languages: German (C2) & English (B2+)
Compensation: Base salary + performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
️ Support travel agents and clients with post-booking and booking management
Provide accurate info on destinations, pricing, documentation, and boats
Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs
Maintain service standards and ensure smooth, professional communication
Requirements
️ Native/Fluent in German (C2) with good English (B2+)
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in travel/hospitality
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Experience in upselling and using booking systems is a plus
Available for rotational shifts (Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–17:00)
