The Technical Cosultant will work closely with Process consultant, customer personnel, Business Analyst(s), IT Architect, IT support teams and other technical teams. This role would ensure that business needs around implementation of ServiceNow Platform are in controlled and predictive manner.

Hands-on technical lead responsible for Playbook and GDT development, implementation guidance, and issue resolution.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Drive innovation across the ServiceNow platform, identify new opportunities, develop proof-of-concepts, and showcase business value.
CMDB / ITOM Architect
Provide architecture leadership across CMDB and ITOM domains, ensuring solution alignment, governance, and successful delivery.
I
- Experience in Implementation and Deign of ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager.
- Experience in Design and Implementation of solutions / applications on ServiceNow Platform.
- Hands-on experience in documenting solution approaches and solution diagrams using other tool such as MS-Visio.
- Hands-on experience with Glide Script, JavaScript, XML, JSON and Web Service APIs.
- Able to understand & parse XML, JSON and other data formats.
- Hands-on Experience & understanding of Service catalog and service portal.
- Exposure to provide L4 support for production issues.
- Should have understanding of ServiceNow architecture and access control mechanism.
- Understanding of Software as a Service / Platform as a Service.
- Should have prior experience in integrating tools in ServiceNow or other similar tools using MidServer, web services, Integration Hub, email etc…
- Subject matter expertise for ServiceNow platform capabilities and applications such as ITSM, ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management), ITAM, ITBM, CSM, GRC
