You will bring innovation, intelligence and industry experience together with the newest technologies to help clients innovate at scale and transform their businesses.
We are looking for a Devops Engineer to build, scale, and secure our modern infrastructure platform. You will treat infrastructure as code, drive automated deployments via GitOps, and ensure our containerized workloads run flawlessly. If you love building resilient systems, eliminating manual steps, and treating the platform as a product, you will fit right in.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, provision, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring modularity, reusability, and state security.
- GitOps & CI/CD Automation: Build and maintain declarative, automated delivery pipelines following GitOps principles to ensure the state of our clusters matches git repository truths.
- Container Orchestration: Manage, scale, and optimize multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters, handling workloads, networking, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Observability & SRE: Implement robust monitoring, logging, and tracing frameworks to proactively spot bottlenecks and resolve incidents before they hit production.
- Platform Governance & Security: Enforce security best practices across the software delivery lifecycle (DevSecOps), from image scanning to secrets management and role-based access control (RBAC).
Technical Profile & Proficiency
- Required: Terraform expertise and CI/CD Automation with a tool similar to GitHub Actions.
- Highly Recommended: Strong experience implementing GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux) and comprehensive SRE observability stacks, along with knowledge of Kubernetes lifecycle management.
- Agnostic Mindset: Deep understanding of cloud provider concepts (compute, networking, IAM) without being locked into a single ecosystem.
Certifications & Standards
- Minimum: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) OR an associate-level cloud certification (AWS SysOps/DevOps, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer).
- Desired: HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate AND/OR professional-level architecture/DevOps certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Professional).
