We are looking for an organised, responsible and proactive person to join our team in Vila Nova de Gaia, providing support to the administrative area, Management and the accounting team.
The role involves assisting with day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, document organisation, correspondence handling and support in the daily management of internal and client-related processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Administrative and Management support;
- Organisation, filing and document management;
- Handling correspondence and internal/external communications;
- Support with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounting entries and organisation of supporting documents;
- Support to the team in managing internal and client-related processes;
- Contact with clients, suppliers and external entities, whenever necessary.
Candidate profile:
- Experience in administration, accounting or a similar area;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Sense of responsibility, discretion and accuracy;
- Good knowledge of IT tools, particularly Excel and Outlook;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
